We use Ingredients such as,

* Eucaliptus, with volatiles oils has main constituents, was traditionally used to treat fevers but nowadays due to it's anti-septic, warming, expectorant and mild analgesic is helpful for colds, flu and sore throats, and chest infections. Applied on the skin has a warming and mild analgesic effect. Pine, its actions as an antimibrobial, antiviral, pulmonary antiseptic and expectorant makes it perfect choice for coughs, sore throats, sinusitis, catarrh, cold and flu.
* Cajeput, with antiseptic, decongestant, warming penetrating actions is invaluable in a chest rub, it helps to expel mucus, good for throat infection, sinusitis, and helps to bring down high temperatures.
* And of course all made with love,intention and positive healing vibrations for an extra huumf!

How to use:
Apply on your chest and back massaging in the skin very well. At night is advisable to massage on soles of feet and cover with warm socks. for infants and young children apply on soles of the feet only covering wth socks afterwards.
